We are an independent online retailer of silver jewellery. We sell silver jewellery in various styles including contemporary, unusual and traditional. We have silver designs for men, women and children. We provide excellent customer service, safe and secure online shopping and fast delivery to your door.

Q. Do you deliver worldwide?
A. At the moment we only deliver to the UK. If you require HM Forces/BFPO deliveries please contact us for a postal price. We will gladly post to BFPO addresses.

Q. Which delivery service do you use?
A. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes insurance. Royal Mail will only pay compensation for jewellery if Special Delivery is used. We will also use Recorded Delivery for UK orders under £30 in value. This service does not include insurance for jewellery items.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. We use Special Delivery as this is a guaranteed service and is the only postal service which includes insurance cover for jewellery. All deliveries cost just £4.75 Special Delivery which includes insurance, however large the order. Recorded delivery costs £2.75, this is ONLY for UK deliveries under £30 in value and does not include insurance. Orders over the value of £50 will be sent free of charge using Special Delivery.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-2 working days, using Special Delivery means that you should receive your jewellery within 1-3 working days. If you need your delivery urgently please contact us at enquiries@silverjewelleryco.co.uk, and we will do our best to deliver to you in time.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We use Paypal, which is a secure payment method and you do not need a paypal account. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or with your own Paypal account. Paypal is a secure online payment system using SSL. We do not have access to your financial details, nor do we store any of your financial details.

Q. Do you share my personal details with other companies?
A. No, we only use the information you give us to process your order. We do not share any of your details with any other companies.

Q. What if I change my mind, or do not like the jewellery when it arrives?
A. No problem! We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If, for whatever reason, you do not want to keep the jewellery you can return it to us. All we ask is that you email us at sales@silverjewelleryco.co.uk telling us that you wish to return an item and give a reason why. You can then post the item back to us, we recommend using Special Delivery, and we will refund you as soon as we receive the jewellery. The jewellery must be returned in an unused condition, with the original gift packaging, in the same condition as dispatched from us. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free returns service, return postage costs must be paid.

Q. Do your pictures show the true size of the jewellery?
A. We do use macro photography, which can sometimes show jewellery to look bigger than it actually is. We use macro photography to show the detail of the jewellery. We do put the measurements of individual pieces in the item description, but if you need more details on any of our jewellery please get in touch.

Q. Do you have a shop or outlet where I can visit?
A. No, we are entirely an online business, we do not have the facilities to accept visitors. This helps to keep our prices lower than the high street shops.

Q. Is your jewellery gift packaged?
A. We supply our silver jewellery in elegant black velvet gift boxes,black sparkle boxes or black velvet gift pouches. Childrens silver jewellery is supplied in black sparkle boxes.

Q. How do I contact you?
A. All you need to do is email us at enquiries@silverjewelleryco.co.uk and we will email you back within 24hrs (Mon-Fri). You can email us with any questions, comments or requests. Alternatively, you can phone us on 05600 345714 (standard call charges apply) between 9.30am-4.00pm Mon-Fri. Unfortunately, some mobile networks may not be able to use this number.
