We are an independent online retailer of 925 sterling silver jewellery. We do not have high street premises, which keeps our overheads low. This means are prices are very competitive, and lower than high street shops, which is good news for you the customer. Our customers return to shop with us again and again, so we must be doing something right! You can read some of our customer comments here.
We have silver jewellery in various styles including contemporary, unusual and traditional. Silver designs for men, women and children.
Q. Do you deliver worldwide? A. At the moment we can only deliver to the UK and the European Union. We will gladly deliver to BFPO/HM Forces, just drop us an email requesting a price for delivery. Please see the list at the bottom of the page for countries in the EU.
Q. Which delivery service do you use? A. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Please contact us if your delivery is urgent and we will try to deliver to you in time. All orders over £15.00 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
Q. How much does delivery cost? A. Our delivery charge is just £1.95 for UK Deliveries and £5.95 for countries in the European Union, however many items you order. Orders over £75 in value will be posted free of charge. UK Next Day delivery costs £4.95, which will be delivered the day after dispatch. Orders over £15 in value will require a signature upon delivery.
Q. I need an urgent delivery, how soon can you deliver? A. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours but if you need guaranteed delivery we do offer a UK Next Day service for £4.95. This will deliver the day after dispatch,so please allow 2 working days. If you need your delivery sooner, please contact us and we will try our best!
Q. How long does delivery take? A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders received before 11.00am are usually dispatched the same day. Your delivery should arrive within 1-3 working days. If you need an order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to deliver in time. Please allow 1-2 working days for UK Next Day deliveries, 4-7 days for overseas deliveries. We do not offer overnight shipping.
Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. We use Paypal, which is a safe and fast way to pay online, and you do not need a Paypal account. You can use your credit or debit card or log into your paypal account if you have one (you don't need one to shop with us). Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your details safe. You can also telephone us with your order between 9.00am-4pm Mon-Fri.
Q. Do you share my details with anyone else? A. Definitely not! We only use the details you give us to process your order. We do not share any information.
Q. What if I change my mind, or I don't like the jewellery when it arrives? A. No problem! We know that buying online can be difficult, so we will happily accept returns for any reason within 14 days. All we ask is that you email us within 7 days to let us know why you are returning the item and then send it back to us. We do recommend using Special Delivery for returns. We will refund you in full as soon as the item is received by us. The jewellery must be unworn and unused, in the original gift packaging, in the same condition as dispatched from us. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free returns service. Postage costs must be paid by the customer, any under-payment on return postage will be deducted from the refund. Q. Do your photos show the true size of the jewellery? A. We do use macro photography to show the detail of the jewellery, which can sometimes show the jewellery to look bigger than it actually is. We do put the measurements of individual pieces in the item description.
Q. Do you have a shop or outlet where I can visit and see the jewellery? A. No, we are entirely an online business, we do not have the facilities to accept visitors. This helps to keep our prices competitive.
Q. Is your jewellery gift boxed? A. Yes, we supply all our jewellery in black gift boxes, black sparkle boxes or velvet gift bags. D for diamond jewellery is supplied in co-ordinating pastel boxes with the D for diamond logo.
Q. Is your jewellery 925 sterling silver? A. Yes, all our jewellery is 925 sterling silver, we do not sell any silver plated, silver colour etc. All our jewellery is from established, reputable suppliers who are all based in the UK. We do not source any of our jewellery from overseas.
Q. How can I contact you? A. You can either email us at enquiries@silverjewelleryco.co.uk or telephone us on 05600 345714. Calls are charged at standard UK rate. We aim to respond to all emails within 12-24 hours, although its usually much quicker!
Q. Can I contact you before I order? A. Of course! We like to hear from our customers with any questions or queries you may have. You can contact us by email enquiries@silverjewelleryco.co.uk or by phone 05600 345714 some PAYG mobile networks may not be able to use this number.
