Terms and Conditions Sales Agreement. All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.Partial Deliveries. We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached. Retention of Title The goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.
Cancellation Rights. You may withdraw from the sale within two (2) weeks without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter or e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. Delivery. Items are normally posted within 1-2 working days (sometimes the same day) after receiving cleared payment (except bank holidays). You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, so you know when to expect your delivery. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery 1-2 days for Next Day deliveries. All items are checked before dispatch and are posted in plain packaging, only showing our correspondance address, not our business name. This is for postal security and confidentiality for gift buyers. We post daily Mon-Fri. Items sent to countries outside of the UK may be liable for import duty/tax. This is the responsibility of the customer.
P&P. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are fully insured against loss or damage. Deliveries are only insured for loss or damage if Special Delivery Next day is used. Orders using the Next Day option will be delivered the day after dispatch, please allow up to 2 days for delivery. Multiple purchases will be posted at no extra cost, as long as they are all paid for at the same time in one transaction. One order, one delivery charge! Import duty/tax is not included in the delivery charge, customers are liable for any extra local charges.
Returns/refunds. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewellery online, without touching it or trying it on which is why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, we will refund the item(s) upon return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) stating your reasons for return/refund, and then return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, and with the original gift packaging. Return cost must be paid by the customer, any under-payment on return postage, or costs incurred due to underpayment will be deducted from the final refund. Our normal working hours are Mon-Thurs 9.30am-5.00pm (except bank holidays), and Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. We do occasionally work outside these hours during busy periods.
