Terms and Conditions Sales Agreement. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received and confirmed your order. If, in the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute item or offer a full refund.

How To Make An Order. It is easy to use our website, just browse our categories and when you wish to purchase an item just click on the 'add to basket" button. When you have finished shopping click on the 'go to checkout" button. You will need to choose your delivery option from the drop down menu, then choose your payment method and click on either the 'Paypal" button or the 'Google checkout" button. Here you will need to enter your delivery and card payment details. You will be returned to our website when the process is complete.

Cancellation Rights. You may cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 14 days after delivery. To do this, please email or write to us letting us know you wish to cancel. We will refund you in full, including the original postal charge within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason for the cancellation. However, we would appreciate a brief explanation to help improve the service we offer. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for any loss or damage when you return goods, so we strongly recommend using a delivery service with postal insurance. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Delivery. Items are normally posted within 1-2 working days (sometimes the same day) after receiving cleared payment (except bank holidays). You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched, so you know when to expect your delivery. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery 1-2 days for Next Day deliveries. All items are checked before dispatch and are posted in plain packaging, only showing our correspondance address, not our business name. This is for postal security and confidentiality for gift buyers. We post daily Mon-Fri. Items sent to countries outside of the UK may be liable for import duty/tax. This is the responsibility of the customer.

P&P. We charge £2.50 for standard Uk delivery or £5.50 for Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. European delivery is charged at £7.95. Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are fully insured against loss or damage. Deliveries are only insured for loss or damage if Special Delivery Next day is used. Orders using the Next Day option will be delivered the day after dispatch, please allow up to 2 days for delivery. Multiple purchases will be posted at no extra cost, as long as they are all paid for at the same time in one transaction. One order, one delivery charge! Import duty/tax is not included in the delivery charge, customers are liable for any extra local charges. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Returns/refunds. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewellery online, without touching it or trying it on which is why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your jewellery, we will refund the item(s) upon return. You must
contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) stating your reasons for return/refund, and then return the item(s) with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unmarked,unworn and unused, and with the original gift packaging. Return cost must be paid by the customer, any under-payment on return postage, or costs incurred due to underpayment will be deducted from the final refund. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out adequate postal insurance. Please contact at enquiries@silverjewelleryco.co.uk. This guarantee does not cover the return of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Our normal working hours are Mon-Thurs 9.30am-5.00pm (except bank holidays), and Friday 9.30am-4.00pm. We do occasionally work outside these hours during busy periods.

The Information We DO NOT Collect. Credit/Debit Card Information, all payments are received through Paypal which uses secure online technology to protect your details. We never store your credit/debit card details, we only receive the payment from Paypal.

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
