Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Delivery costs just £2.50 for UK deliveries and £7.95 for European deliveries. Orders over £70.00 are posted free of charge using Royal Mail Special Delivery/Airsure. We do offer a next day service for £5.50, which will deliver the day after dispatch. All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, Royal Mail will leave a card with details of the package and how to arrange re-delivery/collection.
Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days, but please allow 2-5 days for delivery. We will email you when your item has been dispatched so you know when to expect delivery. We will include a tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your item online through Royal Mail's 'track and trace" facility. Please allow a little longer at busy times, especially in the run up to Christmas, as we are much more busy at this time and we do rely on Royal Mail to do their best!
We accept all major credit and debit card payments online through Paypal, which is safe and secure and you do not need a Paypal account. We also accept payments through Google checkout. Alternatively, you can telephone us with your order between 9.00am-4pm Mon-Fri.
All our silver jewellery is packaged in elegant black presentation boxes, or black velvet bags making the ideal gift.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just return it to us in its original unworn condition and we will refund you in full including the original postage charge.
All items must be returned in an unworn, unused and unmarked condition. Any item returned which is clearly used or has been worn or is marked in any way will not be refunded in full. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a free returns service. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out adequate postal insurance. Any underpayment in the return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
All you need to do to return an item is contact us by email or in writing within 7 days to inform us of your intention to return the goods, giving a brief reason for return. Securely package and return the item(s) including a copy of your invoice to; K Howard, 9 Millfield, EYE, Suffolk, IP23 7DE.
